In May 2008 ANTs Software completed the acquisition of Inventa Technologies, Inc. The acquisition adds a talented, experienced professional services team that, together with the ANTs Compatibility Server, provides customers a complete product and delivery offering for consolidating databases quickly and cost-effectively.

 At ANTs we know that one solution isn't right for everyone. That's why we specialize in delivery offerings just right for your needs. Our services layer upon one another, ranging from architecting or managing your existing monitoring infrastructure, to full application performance tuning and administrative services. Alternatively, the services may be chosen individually and customized to best fit into the needs of your enterprise.

Monitoring Infrastructure Management

This service provides complete management of your monitoring infrastructure including: architecture planning, agent deployment and support, and agent configuration with threshold management. The core infrastructure for this service can either be hosted and managed by ANTs or deployed directly within your environment and transitioned back to your employees to best meet your business and operational requirements.

Monitoring and Event Management

ANTs'  monitoring and event management service provides a fully functional 24x7x365 Network Operations Center (NOC) responsible for isolating critical events, opening trouble tickets, and escalating the event's visibility within your organization. This service can be hosted entirely within ANTs' NOC or, portions can be integrated with or hosted directly within your environment as required.

Visualization and Trending

ANTs'  unique ESM Integratorâ„¢ portal captures, centralizes and integrates performance metrics collected by the monitoring infrastructure deployed as a component of ANTs' other services or layered upon existing data sources residing within your environment. ESM Integratorâ„¢ provides an extensive suite of reports designed to help you turn data into knowledge. Sources of data are not limited to components monitored by ANTs' service. ANTs can integrate virtually any business metrics, or other third party data, into ithe ESM Integrator reports for enterprise wide reporting which is platform independent.

Performance Management

The dictionary defines "Performance" as "the manner in which or the efficiency with which something reacts or fulfills its intended purpose". Applying this definition to application and systems performance would seem a natural task ingrained into everyday operations. Unfortunately, given the typical daily workloads most IT shops face, optimizing performance is something that generally is left out. The most popular way organizations attempt to solve their performance issues is with faster, more powerful hardware. While this generally produces some positive results the benefit is very costly in both hardware and tiered software.
