and Event Management
ANTs' monitoring and event management service
provides a fully functional 24x7x365 Network Operations Center (NOC)
responsible for isolating critical events, opening trouble tickets, and
escalating the event's visibility within your organization. This service can be
hosted entirely within ANTs' NOC or, portions can be integrated with or hosted directly within your
environment as required.

ANTs' unique ESM Integratorâ„¢ portal captures,
centralizes and integrates performance metrics collected by the monitoring
infrastructure deployed as a component of ANTs' other services or layered
upon existing data sources residing within your environment. ESM Integratorâ„¢
provides an extensive suite of reports designed to help you turn data into
knowledge. Sources of data are not
limited to components monitored by ANTs' service. ANTs can integrate
virtually any business metrics, or other third party data, into ithe ESM
Integrator reports for enterprise wide reporting which is platform
independent.
