ANTs Software to Hold 2009 Annual Shareholder Meeting and 2010 Business Webcast on March 17, 2010
SAN FRANCISCO--(March 4, 2010)--ANTs software inc. (OTCBB: ANTS), a leader in database migration solutions, is pleased to announce that the Company will hold the following two events on March 17, 2010:

ANTs Software 2009 Annual Shareholder Meeting (1 p.m. Pacific Standard Time)
The meeting will be held at the Redwood Sequoia Meeting Room at the Doubletree Hotel, 835 Airport Blvd. Burlingame, California. A Notice of Availability of Proxy Materials, including details of the annual meeting, has been mailed to stockholders of record as of January 21, 2010. Only stockholders of record at the close of business on that date will be entitled to vote at the meeting.

The 2009 Annual Shareholder Meeting will not be part of a webcast. Shareholders interested in voting are encouraged to submit proxy materials prior to the meeting or vote in person at the meeting.

ANTs Software 2010 Business Webcast (2 p.m. Pacific Standard Time)
Following the meeting, at 2 p.m. PST ANTs’ Chairman and CEO Joe Kozak, the management team and special guests will discuss strategic initiatives planned for 2010.

This presentation will only be available by logging into an internet webcast as no live presentation will be available at the hotel (monitors will be retransmitting the webcast for shareholders that desire to stay at the Doubletree Hotel after the 1 p.m. Shareholder Meeting.)
