Joseph Kozak - Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Joseph Kozak has been Chairman of the Board since September 2007. Mr. Kozak joined ANTs software inc. in June 2005 as President and was additionally named Chief Executive Officer and appointed to the board of directors in August 2006. He brings 25 years of front-line leadership experience in sales, marketing and business development.

Mr. Kozak joined ANTs from Oracle Corporation, where he was vice president of industry sales. While with Oracle he defined and executed global strategies for retail, distribution, life science, process manufacturing, and consumer packaged goods industries. He also managed Oracle's acquisition of Retek, Inc. a $630 million purchase in the retail applications space. Prior to Oracle, Mr. Kozak was CEO of Lombardi Software a manufacturer of business process management solutions. He was also a partner with Ernst and Young, LLP, in the retail and consumer packaged goods division; vice president of sales for SAP America, where he was responsible for the retail distribution and consumer goods business units for the Americas; and Mr. Kozak held numerous management positions with AT&T and IBM.

Mr. Kozak holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance from LaSalle University and a Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of New Jersey.

Rick Cerwonka - President of ANTs Services Division (Inventa Technologies)

Rick Cerwonka has been ANTS employee since the Inventa acquisition in May 2008. Mr. Cerwonka brings 29 years of experience in general business management and information technology to Inventa where he is adding Remote Infrastructure Management (RIM) and Remote Administration to the division's current offerings.

Prior to being named President of Inventa, in early 1999 Rick founded XTEND-Tech to offer full-service applications management and support to Fortune 500 clients in finance, telecommunications, manufacturing, government and banking. Prior to that, Mr. Cerwonka held senior management positions at Sybase, Inc., most recently as Vice President of the Enterprise Solutions Division in the Southern States Area where he was responsible for product sales and professional services for a 19 state area. Before that, he was Vice President of Professional Services in the Southeastern U.S. In 1997, he won the Consulting Practice of the Year award at Sybase for the most profitable consulting practice in the firm. From 1980 to 1995, he held a succession of Director titles at Sea-Land Services, Inc., including Director of Information Technologies and Terminal Operating Services, and Director of Systems and Technology.

David Buckel – Chief Financial Officer

For more than ten years, Mr. Buckel has served as Chief Financial Officer for a number of public and private companies in the IT and technology industries. He has worked under a wide range of circumstances from startup ventures, consolidations and turnaround situations to leading fast growing profit driven corporations.

Mr. Buckel brings to ANTs extensive experience in SEC reporting, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, investor relations, corporate development and the capital markets. He has held high level positions including public and private company board of director roles and has chaired and been a key member of both the audit and compensation committees for a number of public companies.

Prior to joining ANTs, Mr. Buckel served as CFO for Ryla Inc., a fast growing call center solutions provider. He has also served as CFO for Internap Network Services, an industry leader in route control technology and a provider of high-performance solutions for business critical applications and Interland Inc., a publicly-traded applications hosting and Web services consulting company.

David received his MBA from Syracuse University and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Canisius College. He is a Certified Management Accountant, CMA, by the Institute of Management Accountants.

Alton Dinsmore - Vice President of Development

Alton Dinsmore joined ANTs Software in 2005. Mr. Dinsmore has been instrumental on the development, field sales effort and proof of concepts (POCs) of ANTs’ flagship product, the ANTs Compatibility Server (ACS).

Before joining ANTs Software, Mr. Dinsmore spent nearly 17 years at Oracle working in many technical aspects. Alton was instrumental in the adoption of Oracle Parallel Server (OPS) into the Oracle kernel which has now matured into Oracle's Real Application Clusters (Oracle RAC). He help to construct the training materials around Oracle Parallel Server and conduct training to Customers and internal Oracle personnel. Alton worked closely with IBM on Oracle's behalf to make the IBM SP2 platform a success with OPS. Alton's other accomplishments at Oracle include working with may large customers for Oracle's IBM Mainframe products. Before Oracle Mr. Dinsmore spent over 3 years with Computer Corporation of America with their Model 204 Database product as well 7 years at Applied Data Research with their Datacom DB Product.
